Raw Material Selection
Materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or fiberglass are selected based on the application scenario. Upon arrival, material certificates are verified, and inspections are conducted to ensure the absence of rust or defects, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
Forming and Machining
Pipe fittings are shaped using methods such as casting, forging, or equipment like CNC machine tools and hydraulic presses. Machining tolerances are strictly controlled-keeping groove dimensions within ±0.2mm-to ensure a precise fit with the couplings.
Surface Treatment
Processes such as pickling, polishing, galvanizing, or plastic lining are carried out sequentially. These steps improve the smoothness of the inner wall and enhance corrosion, acid, and alkali resistance, meeting the requirements for transporting various media.
Assembly and Inspection
Assembly and welding are performed according to engineering drawings. Each unit undergoes hydrostatic/air-tightness testing and penetrant testing (PT) to verify that pressure-bearing capabilities meet standards; qualified products are then labeled and placed into storage.
